Background and Experience:
Hayley Forster is a passionate fragrance consultant, renowned for her unique position in the industry. With a career that spans over 20 years, Hayley has the distinct honour of being the only independent fragrance consultant with hands-on experience at both Unilever and Procter & Gamble, two of the world's industry giants.
Her journey began at Procter & Gamble, where she immersed herself in the world of global fragrance development. Here, Hayley played a pivotal role in shaping the scents of household brands such as Tide, Ariel, Fairy, Daz, Ace, Pantene, Bold to name a few. Mastering the intricate balance between consumer preferences and innovative fragrance design. Her work involved not just the creation of appealing fragrances but also understanding the market trends and consumer insights that drive successful product development.
Transitioning to Unilever, Hayley continued to expand her expertise, taking on the role of Senior R&D Fragrance Manager. In this capacity, she led fragrance initiatives for high-profile brands such as Lynx/Axe, Sure/Rexona, Dove, Impulse and Vaseline, collaborating closely with creative teams to develop new, winning fragrances.
